Hello! My name is Sophia LeFrere, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently serving only private pay adults in Oklahoma via Telehealth.

With over 6 years of experience as a therapist, I am here to assist you on improving your quality of life. I will help you learn how negative thoughts impact your feelings and behavior. Together we will work toward identifying challenges in your life and create a plan to help you accomplish your goals.

I enjoy working with adults of all ages in the areas of trauma, relationship issues, addiction, depression, and anxiety.

Previously as a social worker, my experience only enriches my ability to further help and understand my clients and those who love them. I have compassionately worked in areas of medical social work, which include hospice, dialysis, kidney transplant and inpatient and outpatient behavioral health.

I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at University of Oklahoma and currently practice only in the State of Oklahoma.
